The Society’s collections and archives hold a wide range of images depicting Faversham, the surrounding area and villages and, of course, its people.
Photographs, prints, postcards, and lantern slides – as well as more recent photographs -
show every aspect of working life, formal events, Faversham’s industries, the town’s key
personalities, the effects of World Wars, hobbies and sports, and the development of the town
itself through the continuing evolution of its buildings and shops.
The galleries below will continue to expand over time as we scan and upload more of the
existing collection and process new donations to the Museum.
